Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handmade products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package to request a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Exchanges will be shipped out within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange request that does not meet these criteria or if we determine that the item has been used or damaged.
