We strive to process and ship or fulfill all orders within 7-10 business days of receipt, unless otherwise noted. Please note that all of our products are handmade and may require additional time for production. In such cases, we our timeframe can increase to 15 business days before being shipped/fulfilled. We currently ship to addresses within the United States and offer priority shipping via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package and the shipping address. Customers have the option to choose their preferred shipping method at checkout.



We do our best to ensure that all packages are shipped securely and arrive in good condition. However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
